Although the next SRCA congress will be a virtual congress, the procedure to submit your abstracts has not changed.
Thank you for using our website for making your abstract submission for the 11 th SRCA Congress 2021 that will take place virtually, in the cloud on the 18thand 19th June, 2021. The procedure is quite easy and consists of 5 steps:
1. Submit your personal data (first author and corresponding author).
2. Make a classification of your submission.
3. Submit title of paper including the author(s).
4. Submission of abstract.
5. Confirmation of submission.

To Avoid Technical Difficulties PLEASE DO NOT Click on the "BACK Button"
while using the on-line abstract submission system. Thank you.

Information:

We have tried to simplify the process as much as possible.
If any problems occur that require corrections of data already entered then please send an email to SRC2021@semico.be.

The process needs a corresponding author, who will be the "point of contact" during the whole abstract handling process. If for some reason, this is not also the presenting author you will be asked for his/her identity.

Once the submission deadline has passed, the scientific committee will start the task of reviewing the submitted abstracts and the corresponding author will be notified of the result.

If you have a question on this process, please contact us. SRC2021@semico.be

IMPORTANT :

The corresponding author will be the contact person for the whole paper submission process, please indicate his/her personal details on the next page if the contact person is not the same as the presenting author. This is only to be able to contact you.

An automated email message will be sent to you by our server, confirming the reception of your submission.
